TOP's Birdie Bread Mix is larger than our competition's products. Use only 2 cups per batch. Please read the directions and measure 2 cups to begin. The 4-cup bag is enough for two (2) batches, so go ahead and cook up some of this delicious Birdie Bread and let us know what you think!

Ingredient List for one (1) Batch:

• 2 cups of TOP’s Birdie Bread Mix
• 1 teaspoon aluminum-free baking powder
• 1 large egg, beaten
• 1 1/4 cups applesauce or other fruit puree

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C)

Step 2: In medium mixing bowl, combine two (2) cups of TOP’s Premium Birdie Bread Mix and 1 teaspoon aluminum-free baking powder

Step 3: In a separate, large mixing bowl, combine 1 large, beaten egg and applesauce (fruit puree)

Step 4: Add dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir until you have a smooth dough batter

Step 5: Pour dough batter into a medium pan or standard muffin/mini-muffin pan, or form 2-inch cookie rounds on a greased cookie sheet*

Step 6: Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 15 minutes, or until firm

* Do not use nonstick PTFE-coated cookware
