Tea4beaks Herbal Tea Blends Use tea to improve your parrots health.Safely brewing Herbal Tea for Parrots. Never completely replace water with tea. Use hot, not boiling water to make tea. Allways let the tea cool completely before giving to any parrots. All tea components may be left in bowl for the birds to eat.Substitute tea for water when making beans, pasta, rice, etc or when baking. May also be used topically in a spray bottle, being sure to refrigerate unused liquid. 1 teaspoon of tea to 8-10 ounces of hot water.For larger quantities, add 1/4 - 1/3 cup of dry tea to one gallon of hot water.
